1. Minimum Stay is two nights only over the three summer holidays including Memorial Day, 4th of July if it falls on or next to a weekend, and Labor Day.  Special events such as the Hopkins Shoot and Washington College graduation weekend are two night minimums.
   

2. A deposit for the first night’s stay is required for reservations.  And payment is requested in           cash or check please.
   

3. Cancellation is 48 hours in advance.
   

4. The inn is not set up for the very young and we request no children under six.
   

5. We have a no smoking policy and do not accept pets.
   

6. Check In after 4 PM and Check Out by 11 AM, unless arranged otherwise in advance.
   

7. Parking is off the street.
   

8. If both the Peach and Lavender double bed rooms are booked at the same time with friends or family and share a bathroom, then the rate for the two rooms is discounted to $80 each.
